Website Development & Design Terms and Conditions:

 

The following terms and conditions apply to all website development/design services provided by SNK Creation to the Client.

Charges

​

Any charges for services to be provided by SNK Creation are defined in the project quotation that the Client receives via e-mail. Quotations are valid for a period of next day. SNK Creation reserves the right to alter or decline to provide a quotation after expiry of the next day. We do not offer any money back guarantee services, if client takes services from SNK Creation, after receiving the money, will not be possible to transfer money or after starting a working or during a work, will not be possible to transfer money to client's bank.

Unless agreed otherwise with the Client, all website design services require an advance payment of a minimum of thirty three (33) percent of the project quotation total before the work is supplied to the Client for review. A second charge of thirty three (33) percent is required after the development stage, with the remaining thirty three (33) percent of the project quotation total due before completion of the work, prior to upload / publish to the server or release of materials.

Payment for services is due by cheque or bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to SNK Creation and sent to SNK Creation.

 

 

 

Failure to provide required website content

​

SNK Creation is a small business, to remain efficient we must ensure that work we have programmed is finish at the scheduled time. On occasions we may have to reject offers for other work and enquiries to ensure that your work is completed at the time arranged.

This is why we ask that you provide all the required information in advance. On any occasion where progress cannot be made with your website because we have not been given the required information in the agreed time frame, and we are delayed as result, we reserve the right to impose a surcharge of up to 25%. If your project involves Search Engine Optimization we need the text content for your site in advance so that the SEO can be planned and completed efficiently.

If you agree to provide us with the required information and subsequently fail to do within one week of project commencement we reserve the right to close the project and the balance remaining becomes payable immediately. Simply put, all the above condition says is do not give us the go ahead to start until you are ready to do so.

NOTE: Text content should be delivered as a Microsoft Word, email (or similar) document with the pages in the supplied document representing the content of the relevant pages on your website.

 

 

 

Payment

​

Invoices will be provided by SNK Creation upon completion but before starting a work, invoices are normally sent via email. We sent the original invoice via email only. What we give to clients on committed prices, all mentioned on invoices. All sent invoices agreed by the clients itself, after client clarification work will be started. Payment is accepted through UPI, Bank Transfer, Google Pay, Paytm, PayPal, and Third Party Payment Gateway.

 

 

 

Additional Expenses

​

Client agrees to reimburse SNK Creation for any additional expenses necessary for the completion of the work. Examples would be purchase of special fonts, stock photography etc.

 

 

 

Web Browsers & Services

 

SNK Creation makes every effort to ensure websites are designed to be viewed by the majority of visitors. Websites are designed to work with the most popular current browsers (e.g. Firefox, Internet Explorer 8 & 9, Google Chrome, etc.). Client agrees that SNK Creation cannot guarantee correct functionality with all browser software across different operating systems.

SNK Creation cannot accept responsibility for web pages which do not display acceptably in new versions of browsers released after the website have been designed and handed over to the Client. As such, SNK Creation reserves the right to quote for any work involved in changing the website design or website code for it to work with updated browser software.

​

Note: If client take Hosting + Domain credentials, we may not work for his/her website. We may work on website or give services until we do not have the credentials. After transferring credentials to clients via email, SNK Creation does not have any rights or responsibility for his website. Once website credentials are given to clients, all services and work will be stopped.

 

 

 

Standard Media Delivery

 

Unless otherwise specified in the project quotation, this Agreement assumes that any content file, any text will be provided by the Client in electronic format (ASCII text files delivered on floppy disk or via e-mail or FTP) and that all photographs and other graphics will be provided physically in high quality print suitable for scanning or electronically in .gif, .jpeg, .png or .tiff format. Although every reasonable attempt shall be made by SNK Creation to return to the Client any images or printed material provided for use in creation of the Client's website, such return cannot be guaranteed.

 

 

 

Design Credit

 

A link to SNK Creation will appear in either small type or by a small graphic at the bottom of the Client's website. If a graphic is used, it will be designed to fit in with the overall site design. If a client requests that the design credit be removed, a nominal fee of 20% of the total Website development charges will be applied. Our link will not be used to create any third party links.

 

 

 

Access Requirements

 

Our team work only third party server (Ex: Wordpress, Wix, Go Daddy etc.). If the Client's website is to be installed on a third-party server, SNK Creation will not give any hosting + domain credentials to clients, because anyone can manipulate with the contents, designs and coding. Once website hosting + domain transferable to client given credentials then client can do anything with the website. If client want to make any changes on contents, pages of designs, send us a mail with appropriate details and changes information, our team will change it within 72 working hours.

 

 

 

Domain Names

​

SNK Creation may purchase domain names on behalf of the Client. Payment and renewal of those domain names is the responsibility of the us. The loss, cancellation or otherwise of the domain brought about by non or late payment is the responsibility of SNK Creation. In case during work on website, client does not want to work with us with any reasons. We do transfer hosting + domain credentials to clients after then we do not have any responsibility for domain as well as hosting.

Listing

​

We list property on Google, Bing and other listing platforms, listing are free of cost if any users come to us and asking for listing so we take technical and service charges However we do not break any respected company terms and conditions and privacy policy because customers come to us and ask for listing so we take charges for providing customers solutions that do not break any listing company rules. If customer agree with that then we help them to list.

Refund Policy

​

At SNK Creation we are committed to providing quality digital marketing and advertising services. If, for any reason, the services purchased by you are not completed within the given time, we will refund you within 5-7 days. To be eligible for the refund policy, please contact our customer support team within the service period. Only considering the nature of non-delivery of service issues, refunds will be possible. And if you take a refund through WhatsApp and email after starting the service, then it will not be possible. Please note that some non-returnable items may be specified during the purchasing process. We strive to resolve concerns promptly and appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure your satisfaction with our offerings. Before taking services, kindly read all guidelines and policies.

 

 

 

General

These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements. The Client's signature below invoice or payment of an advance fee constitutes agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. In simple words, if client transfer advance money for own project, it means he / she agree with all terms and conditions. In case client takes any such action for legal processor, we have the sufficient proof with client signature and transferable money.

 

 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by English Law.
